Ingredients

3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

10 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons coconut oil or unsalted butter
Extra shredded coconut or sea salt for topping
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined and sticky.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
3. Place the coconut balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
5. Dip each chilled coconut ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
6. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined tray.
7. Optional: Sprinkle with shredded coconut or sea salt before the chocolate sets.
8. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
